Return & Exchange Policy

We assure the quality of our products and endeavor to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning the size, fit. we will be happy to initiate Exchange.
1. Exchange & Return Process
Dulhe Sahab offers its customers an easy Exchange/Return Policy, wherein you can raise an Exchange/Return request of products purchased on www.dulhesahab.com, for all garments except Accessories and are required to be made within 7 days from delivery of the product(s). We also accept partial exchange wherein you can raise a exchange request for one or all products in you order. However, partial exchange shall not mean breaking garment set.
2. Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
- The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.
- Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of same price.
- Accessories cannot be exchanged.
3. Exchange & Return - Online
You are requested to login to your user account on www.dulhesahab.com and place an exchange and/or return request form the “My Orders” section.
We will initiate a return pick up once your request is received. The product should be properly wrapped, and you must ensure that the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
Return Pick-up facility for exchange is available in selected locations, depending on the courier services in the said location. If you choose to schedule a pick-up -
- Properly wrap the product in a packet
- Do not seal the packet
- Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process
Once we received the product Our staff will initially verify the product and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

Cancellation is not available in any products, once you have buy the product then you have no option to cancel the product only you have exchange the product with same price.

Exchange will be granted only in the following cases:
- Genuine size issues
- If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No amount will be refunds only exchange will be accepted with the same price.
Exchange will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it.
3. Product Disclaimer
Embroidery and Colour
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with most care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any colour bleeding therein.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Colour Display
We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the colour of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or colour of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.
4. Exclusions from the Exchange Policy
Please note that merchandise can only be exchanged if they are unused, unaltered and have all the price tags available.
5. Transactional Disputes
Transactional Disputes if any, would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
