Dulhe Sahab was conceptualized in 2019 by the name of Dulhe Sahab, now he is come under Rahbar Fashion Private Limited. Now its operations focused on strengthening its brand in the men’s ethnic wear segment. Dulhe Sahab started its retail expansion in 2019 and boasts of 9 stores spread across in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, India. Dulhe Sahab culturally is a very open organization and various communication tools provide channels for ground level and real time feedback. All stores are connected in real time through our Software system; employee communication and engagement across all locations is achieved by a single customized tool. Our constant endeavor is to live up to our company’s core value of ‘Respect People.

This expansion is supported by the entire Dulhe Sahab Parivar with over 350 executives in our own retail outlets, 20 corporate office members, and supply chain employees and we will be extended our business with franchise partners. The underlying DNA in every member of the Parivar is based on the company ethos of “To fill the color of happiness to the life of people, so that their self-confident will be increased.”

The average work force here is around 24 years of age, so we also take up the responsibility of up skilling and right skilling of all members. We motivate to female employee with “Girl Power”.
